Welcome to poppy.
By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Overview

This website is operated by Poppy, an Australian art and design studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Poppy.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced here.

2. Products & Availability

- All poppy artworks are original, small-batch or one-off pieces.

- Variations in colour, texture and finish are part of the handmade nature of the work.

- Product images are photographed carefully, but colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

- Once a piece is sold, it may not be available again.

- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if an error occurs (including pricing or availability issues). If this happens, you will be contacted and refunded promptly.

4. Shipping

- We currently ship within Australia only.

- Shipping costs and timeframes are displayed at checkout.

- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or regional locations.

- Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because poppy artworks are original and made in small batches:

- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted

- All purchases are considered final sale

- We will, however, meet our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Commissions

- Commission enquiries are welcomed but accepted at our discretion.

- Commission terms (pricing, timelines, approvals) are agreed in writing before work begins.

- Commission works are non-refundable once production has commenced.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including artworks, images, text, logos, and designs — is the intellectual property of poppy and/or Kylie Bridges.

Artwork purchases do not include copyright.

Images may not be reproduced, shared commercially, or used without written permission.

8. Use of Website

You agree not to:

- use this site for unlawful purposes

- reproduce or exploit site content without permission

- interfere with the operation or security of the website

9. Limitation of Liability

- To the extent permitted by law, poppy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or products purchased through it.

- Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Privacy

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
