RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY (AUSTRALIA)

Returns & Refunds

Poppy artworks are created in small batches and sold as-is.

Because of the nature of original artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if an item is:

  • faulty,
  • damaged in transit,
  • not as described.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it promptly.


Artwork Variations

Each Poppy artwork is hand-painted and assembled individually.
Slight variations in colour, surface texture, and finish are a natural part of the work and are not considered faults.


Commissioned Works

Commissioned artworks are created in consultation with you and are non-refundable once work has commenced.


Shipping (Australia Only)

At this stage, Poppy ships within Australia only.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.
